​At Kaci Kemp, each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted with care. For this reason, we cannot accept returns on bespoke items. Ready-To-Wear garment returns will be accepted within 10 days.
 

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at khorseman@kacikemp.co.uk. We will review your case and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Made-to-Measure Garments: For made-to-order items, each piece is crafted to order. Please allow 4 – 6 weeks for production, depending on the item. .

• Ready-to-Wear & Other Products: Ready-made items will be posted within 3 - 4 business days of purchase​

International Orders

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on destination and customs clearance. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
