Made-to-measure garments are individually produced; therefore, slight variations in design or finish may occur.
We reserve the right to refuse any order if fraudulent activity or incorrect payment details are suspected.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g. Wix Payments, PayPal, Stripe). We do not store your card details.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Shipping
Made-to-measure garments: allow 4–6 weeks for production and delivery.
Ready-to-wear and other items: shipped within 3–5 business days.

5. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.
Made-to-measure items are non-refundable unless faulty, due to their customised nature.
